The bathroom in Jade's garage apartment looks luxurious, and has a large rainfall shower and a free standing bath.
Jade described the room as "immaculate".
The garage also has a kitchen, although this is a lot smaller than the rest of the garage, with pots and pans piled high on packed shelves.
Jade's bedroom is not separated from the living room by a wall, and instead has a curtain around it for privacy.
The room has a large double bed and the walls are decorated with stylish artwork.
Her video has clearly left many impressed, as it has racked up almost 26,000 views on the video sharing platform.
