Lidl restocks massive middle aisle discounts including air fryers and electric blankets as sale set to end in HOURS

LIDL has restocked its massive middle aisle sale meaning shoppers have one last chance to bag a bargain.

This week the discounter slashed the prices of its middle aisle must-haves by 50% - but it ends today.

Customer have been flocking to Facebook to share their bargain finds with other savvy shoppers.

Products such as kitchenware, toys, and electrical appliances have been flying off the shelves as people rush to take advantage of the price drop.

One savvy shopper who snapped up a bargain at her local store made a post in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group.

Posting a picture of a cosy electric blanket she said: "Lidl at Bexleyheath has restocked their middle aisle.

"They had salter air fryers for £39.99 down to £20 and the electric blanket I got was £39.99 but I got it for £20."

Other shoppers were quick to tag their friends and plan a last-minute dash to their local to see if they could get in on the action.

One person said: "Been looking for an electric throw all over".

While another commented: "What time did you go?"

A third tagged their friend and said: "This is what I was talking about."

However, other shoppers were disappointed that their local branch had not restocked.

One person said: "Ours was wiped out two days ago."

Another added: "One of my local stores was nearly empty in the middle aisles yesterday."

As always it is worth keeping in mind, especially when sales like this happen that stock is not guaranteed.

Also, just because one store has something does not mean that all the branches will have it in store.

Remember anything included in the Middle Aisle sale will not include anything from the Black Friday deals and it will not include food.

Also, Lidl can't keep anything aside for customers so will be just your luck if the products you want are still available.

We think that the Lidl sale will be hard to beat as 50% off is quite a saving, but it is still good to shop around when you are looking for a bargain.

You can use comparison sites such as Google Shopping to compare the price of items online across different retailers.

We had a look online at Salter air fryers and were unable to find anyone to beat Lidl's price of £20.

The cheapest one we found was the 2L compact 100W air fryer on the Salter website down from £35 to £29.99.

There are lots of models and makes out there and prices do vary depending on what you are looking for.

We also tried to price-check the electric blanket pictured but we could not find the exact make in any other retailers.

Lidl's still came out the cheapest at the time we looked, the closest we could find was a Silent night heated blanket on the Asda website.

It was priced at £25 down from £28, and came Which? recommended.

Meanwhile, shoppers have also been snapping up a £15 gadget in Lidl that could help you keep your keep warm and keep the heating bills down.

Other bargain hunters have been stocking up on Squishmallow toys and even Chromebooks in the sale.

Some savvy shoppers even managed to snap up a bargain buy for just £6.50 that is sure to keep you cosy in the evenings.
