Alison Hammond shows off huge diamond on her wedding finger just weeks after going public with toyboy

ALISON Hammond has sparked an engagement riddle as she turned up to work with a diamond on her wedding finger today.

The This Morning star, 49, revealed last month that she is dating again when she went public with toyboy lover David Putman.

Alison hosted This Morning on Friday with co-star Dermot O'Leary and waved her left hand in front of the studio cameras.

She made no mention of the new sparkler while discussing the big stories of the day with Dermot, 50, and guest Gyles Brandreth, 76.

However, Dermot appeared to hint at Alison's newfound happiness with her boyfriend David as the stars debated whether digital AI "ghostbots" were a good idea.

The bots are being recommended to familes who are grieving loved ones and Alison admitted that it "can help to talk".

She said she'd recently met her new neighbours after moving into a huge new home, and said it felt good not to be "lonely".

Dermot quipped: "You're hardly lonely...."

It comes as Alison recently broke her silence on her new romance with David who is 23 years younger.

She spoke out after The Sun revealed she has been enjoying dates with her 26-year-old masseuse.

She regularly booked the body therapist and model in between her busy filming schedule.

Alison and David's friendship then turned romantic at the end of last year.

It is understood the couple have become extremely close having known each other for over a year.

Alison revealed her son Aiden, 19, has given them her seal of approval.

She said on a podcast: "The person who I am seeing at the moment, he is on his instagram and (Aiden) is like ‘yeah I like him, he’s not too in your face’. Aiden is on it."
