DAN Edgar and Ella Rae Wise passionately kissed as their romance continued back in Essex, despite facing backlash from Towie fans.

The pair first hooked up in Bali five weeks ago whilst filming the new series.

Now Ella and Dan have been captured sharing a cosy evening at the Chelmsford Ice Rink.

They couldn't keep their hands off each other as they kissed, cuddled and even shared another steamy kiss as they had fun on the Ice.

The couple's romance began nearly five weeks ago and the pictures hint that they've taken their relationship to the next level.

They are currently filming the 33rd Towie series.

Many fans were against the union and claimed that Ella would get her heartbroken by Dan.

Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: "Ella will be treated by Dan the same way he treated Amber. A man in his mid 30s who acts like this will never change."

Another added: "Dan is out for a bit of fun on holiday not another relationship he’s not the guy looking for commitment.

"Ella, once she knew Dan was single, couldn’t wait to be single and make a play straight for Dan."

A third penned: "I’m so sorry but Ella is just an ego boost for Dan."

Dan was in a relationship with Amber Turner for five years before they went their separate ways in May last year.

Amber has taken a few swipes at her co-stars with her most recent being a picture she posted of of her standing by a pool wearing a cream halterneck maxi dress.

She wrote: "A short but sweet trip back to my favourite place.

"Had one of the best holidays I've had in a very long time."

Taking a subtle dig, she added: "No bad vibes, just the best with my family and friends," followed by a string of love hearts.

In a sneak peek of an upcoming episode of TOWIE, Dan and Ella talked about their relationship status,

Dan says to Ella: "I think we have ruffled a few feathers," to which Ella responds: "If we are having fun and we’re alright..."

He adds: "We are both out here (in Bali), both single," and Ella agrees, saying she's "not looking for a relationship."

Dan says: "Of course, you have been single not long, I’ve been a bit longer…"

Ella replied: "You are not going to want to jump into something straight after.

"You can still go out and do what you got to go, just don’t mug me off…"

Dan then tells Ella: "I don’t really know you," to which she replies: "It is nice to be alone with you. It is nice for us to do our own thing… I am enjoying myself…"
