AMANDA Holden flaunted her incredible washboard abs in a bikini during her Maldives holiday.
The 53-year-old posted a transition video on Instagram, showing herself in a tracksuit in one clip and in a bikini in the next.
Amanda donned a multicoloured triangle set featuring pink outlines and shades of blue and white.
She showcased her stunning figure as she dance on the empty beach.
The TV star, who is on holiday with her family, has been sharing multiple bikini-clad fits.
She captioned her most recent post: "I live for time spent trapped with my family."

Amanda has been exploring the island by bicycle during her stay.
She's been making the most of the sun-soaked Easter getaway before returning to work on the new Britain's Got Talent series.

Last week, Amanda gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her new £7 million home - but the downstairs floor was flooded with an “overwhelming” mess.
She had tons of boxes covering the floor along with numerous board games.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 53, moved into the new pad in December last year but still hasn’t finished unpacking boxes.
She enlisted the help of The Style Sisters, Charlotte Reddington and Gemma Lilly, who organise and “detox” celebrity homes for a living.
