Major broadcasting change as Sky Sports confirm brand new channel to launch NEXT WEEK
SKY SPORTS have announced some blockbuster news for tennis lovers.
The broadcaster has unveiled a brand new home for the sport in the UK as they confirmed the arrival of Sky Sports Tennis.
The channel will launch on Sky and NOW TV on February 11 and will make tennis content available all day, every day for fans.
More tennis will be broadcast than anywhere else by Sky Sports, who say that more than 4,000 matches from 80 tournaments on the ATP and WTA Tours will be shown a year.
And that is in addition to their exclusive live coverage of the US Open.
Former top British tennis stars Tim Henman and Laura Robson will provide the expert summary with Gigi Salmon on hosting duties and the voice of Jonathan Overend on commentary.
