A PLACE In The Sun’s Danni Menzies has revealed the ‘real reason’ she split from one of the stars from Love Island.
Back in October of last year, the Channel 4 broadcaster hinted that she split from the former ITV2 hunk.
Fans were previously sent into a whirlwind when Dani, 35, and Jay Younger, 30, hinted that they were seeing each other.
They were then left disappointed when it appeared that she unfollowed the reality TV star on Instagram.
Now, she has firmly set the record straight about her relationship status in a new interview
When asked if she was dating anyone at the moment, the A Place In The Sun personality admitted that she is officially single.

She proudly declared to New Magazine: "I'm not no, I'm single and just enjoying life."
The TV presenter then addressed the rumours around her relationship with the former Love Island personality head on.
"Things didn't work out with Jay but that's fine," she revealed.
"Travelling a lot for work does make it trickier to meet someone.
"My friend set me up with someone and I remember thinking, 'Maybe I'm not single because I can't get anyone. Maybe I'm single because I've been around long enough to know exactly what I'm looking for'."
The pair struck up relationship rumours in July 2023 when she was spotted cosying up with the Love Island hunk on a 'Sunday well spent'.
They kicked back from their busy schedules as they soaked up the stunning weekend sunshine together.
Later that month, the pair both checked into a hotel in Mykonos, sparking rumours that they had gone on a romantic getaway.
At the time, she admitted she was planning a holiday with someone she had been on five dates with, as she added: "I just want a man and a country house."
Meanwhile, Jay Younger previously failed to turn heads in the Love Island villa after appearing on the hit dating ITV2 show in 2022.
This was after Danni admitted she was feeling 's***' following a shock split with her ex-boyfriend.
