Dave Myers’ widow says she feels Hairy Biker’s spirit ‘everywhere’ and still speaks to him every day
HAIRY Bikers star Dave Myers' widow has revealed she feels his spirit 'everywhere' in their house.
Popular TV cook Dave died in February aged 66 after a two-year cancer battle.
However, devastated Liliana Orzac has said she doesn't consider herself a widow and speaks to her husband every day.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, she revealed: “I don’t consider myself a widow… I don’t like the word.
“I’m Dave’s wife. He’s still everywhere in our house. I talk to him all the time.”
Romanian-born Liliana first met Dave in 2005 during filming of the first Hairy Bikers series in Eastern Europe.

The pair tied the knot in 2011 and were married up until Dave passed away.
Liliana added: “This was a man who was at his happiest around our table – in every house we lived in we had a huge table that seated around 10 or 12.
“He lit up a room anyway – the man burned with creativity, with interest in everyone – but his passion for life came through particularly when he was cooking for someone, for everyone.
"My husband served up love on a plate.”
During his cancer fight, Dave ultimately lost his sense of taste - something Liliana described as "so upsetting".
She said: "Oh my God. This was a man who was famous for his appetite. For him to lose that appetite and his sense of taste was so upsetting.”
Near the end of Dave's life, Liliana thought his wedding ring had been lost - but was later delighted to discover it had been kept safe.
Liliana explained: "All his handkerchiefs were ironed and neatly folded, and there was his ring. He must have put it there, carefully, so as not to lose it.”
She now wears Dave’s wedding ring on the third finger of her right hand, mirroring her wedding ring on her left.
It comes as Dave's Hairy Bikers co-star Simon King has revealed the brand is over following his friend's passing.
Speaking to The Guardian, Si, 57, said of his next career move: “It can’t be the Hairy Bikers 2.0.

“What was wonderful about my mate Dave was that he absolutely embraced the moment.
“He used to drive me mad. I’d tell him to say something negative for a bit, but he just loved being a Hairy Biker.”
