Wozniacki, 33, and Lee, 40, purchased the condo at Palazzo Del Sol on Fisher Island for $18.7 million in June of 2021, records show, per The Wall Street Journal.

The 47-unit Palazzo Del Sol was built in 2016 and designed by Kobi Karp.

Previously, the couple owned a lower-floor unit in the residential building, which they sold earlier in 2021 for $16.25 million.

The five-bedroom penthouse includes two terraces and about 7,000 square feet of interior space, according to listing agent Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman.

Goldentayer says the unit was purchased as a raw space and that the two reconfigured the floor plan as part of a "budget-less renovation."

Additions in the renovation featured finishes such as white-oak floors and a custom bar overlooking Biscayne Bay, a lagoon in Florida.

Plus, one of the terraces has a fire pit and hot tub, while the rooftop is highlighted by a private pool and summer kitchen.

Wozniacki and Lee married in 2019 after meeting four years earlier.

Wozniacki, a 15-year tennis pro and former No. 1, retired from the sport temporarily in 2020.

Lee, a two-time All-Star and champion with the Golden State Warriors retired from the NBA in 2017.

In 2023, Wozniacki announced she'd return to tennis at the US Open.

At the US Open, she upset No. 11 seed Petra Kvitova.

Unfortunately, 19-year-old Coco Gauff ended Wozniacki's run.
