Ivory Coast's president announces bid for a fourth term after changing the constitution

ABIDJAN, Ivory Coast -- The president of Ivory Coast, Alassane Ouattara, says he’s running for a contested fourth term leading the West African nation in elections scheduled for October. His candidacy is contested after he reset the presidential term limit in a constitutional change.
