I tried the priciest gym in the UK – it’s £1.6k a month & the ‘member restaurant’ prices are crazy but I do get freebies
A MAN who's a member of a £1,600-a-month gym has revealed some of the biggest perks of the venue.
Joe Fazer underwent a thorough background check before he was authorised to join the most expensive gym in the UK, and took to TikTok to share a video of one of his first sessions inside.
He caught the train to Chelsea, in London, where there were "expensive cars everywhere and really posh rich people walking around".
Joe then showed the entrance to the gym - which even had a security guard standing outside.
"This place is mad!" he exclaimed.
He then went on to reveal what he gets as a member of the gym, including access to the members-only restaurant.

However, being a member doesn't mean Joe gets reduced prices, as he revealed his lunch cost him a staggering £30.
"The prices were a little out of my budget, to say the least!" he remarked.
But there are some freebies that come with being a member, including a massage room with complimentary massages.
There's also a stretching room, a boxing room and an "absolutely unreal changing room with a sauna, steam room, showers, hot plunges and ice plunges.
Joe even decided to be brave enough to try the ice plunge, although had to muzz his white underwear as he jumped in.
And there's just a "load of other cool s**t", he said, including free razors, a free comb, and complimentary sweets and fragrances to use while in the gym.
"And that's kind of it!" he concluded.
"Inside the most expensive gym," Joe captioned the video.
People were quick to comment on the clip, with many insisting the food should also be included in the staggering monthly price.
"The food's not included? Wow!" one wrote.
"Mad the food isn’t included tbh," another agreed.
"Not even free food for £1600 a month? Crazy," a third said.
While someone else wrote: "Sorry, the food should be included!"
"Go to David Lloyd you get all that minus complimentary massages and it’s more like £160 per month," another pointed out.
"Complimentary massages would make it worth it," someone else said.

As another joked: "That massage oil is £2 in home bargains!"
But someone else pointed out: "You are not going there for the equipment and facilities but for the networking and connections with other rich ppl."
