BBC Breakfast’s Nina Warhurst shares snaps from booze-filled New Year’s Eve bash after just three hours sleep
BBC Breakfast's Nina Warhurst has shared snaps from a booze-filled New Year's Eve bash after just three hours sleep.
The 43-year-old journalist has been keeping her fans up to date on her festive celebrations over the past week, including stripping off for a freezing cold swim on Boxing Day.
But for New Year's Eve, Nina decided to stay in doors with friends and family and host a house party to see in 2024.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Nina reshared a friends video of her dancing to The Birdie Song with her pal, as they did the classic moves and giggled.
The caption read: "not so many kids at the kids disco segment."
She then shared a picture of her kitchen counter covered in empty bottles and glasses and captioned the time as 4.49am and wrote "Happy New Year".

The next picture was taken four hours later of her adorable daughter Nancy sitting in her high chair in front of the night before's mess.
Nina captioned it: "Esp to the OGs getting up 3 hours after they went to bed."
In a post shared before the party, Nina posed with a glass of champers in her hand and wrote: "Happy New Year’s Eve. Enjoy it. It’s better than Christmas, better than your wedding, better than your birthday….
"It’s where we all get to reflect on what we’ve learned & carry the good stuff forward and forgive the bad stuff.
"It’s where we get to do a silly dance at midnight. It’s where we let a tall man in the house carrying coal* (*First Foot for the southerners out there)
"It’s where we take a quick selfie in the bathroom before the baby wakes and the pals arrive.
"There may be arguments, queues and expensive taxis, but if you’re starting this evening safe, fed and warm you are off to an excellent start. All the best for 2024."
