Savvy shoppers race to Asda as chocolate selection boxes are slashed to just 40p each
THEY'RE a favourite at Christmas, and were undoubtedly found in many a stocking on the big day.
And now chocolate selection boxes have become even more appealing, as the price of the sweet treats has been slashed in supermarkets around the country.
Kerry initially took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a picture of the shelves at her local Tesco.
"Selection boxes reduced to £1 in Tesco’s!" she wrote.
"This is Tesco’s Windsor".
But people were quick to respond and reveal where they'd seen the boxes - which typically come with four or five chocolate bars - for even less.
