Crazy P singer Danielle Moore dies in ‘tragic and sudden’ circumstances as group shares heartbreaking tribute

THE iconic singer from band Crazy P has died in "tragic and sudden circumstances".

Danielle Moore's "unbelievable and shocking" death was confirmed by the noughties Brit group on Monday.

The 52-year-old, who was well-known for being the lead vocalist in the electronic group, passed away on Friday.

In an Instagram post today, remaining members of Crazy P, Jim Baron, Chris Todd, Tim Davies and Matt Klose, paid tribute to their "beautiful" band member and said "our hearts are broken".

The cause of her death has not yet been revealed.

They wrote: "We are devastated to announce the unbelievable and shocking news that our beautiful Danielle Moore has died in sudden and tragic circumstances.

"This happened on Friday afternoon August 30th.

"We cannot believe the news ourselves and we know it will be the same for all of you.

"She gave us so much and we love her so much. Our hearts are broken.

"We need time to process that this has happened.

"Danielle lived a life driven by love compassion community and music. She lived the biggest of lives. We will miss her with all our hearts X."

Crazy P first formed in 1995.
