EBRD begins pilot project in Turkmenistan, eyes gradual expansion in priority sectors (Exclusive)

Initially focused on export-oriented sectors, the EBRD's support targets businesses with strong foreign currency-earning potential. Expansion into the textile sector depends on completed labor reforms in the cotton industry, currently in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
