Botox didn't work for her but she is delighted with the results of her easy anti-aging tips.

They will, she said, help improve jowls, frown lines, and the dreaded turkey neck.

Integrate it into your normal skincare routine, starting with a "slippy-slidey" on your face, she urged followers.

Meagan Menopause Tok (@meaganonline) has 346,000 followers on TikTok, where she admits she is "life and beauty hacks obsessed.”

In this post, she shared her face yoga exercises, and she is convinced they work.

She's tried more invasive beauty procedures in the past, but they have been a disaster.

"I had Botox two years ago and it was a train wreck," she said.

But it's been a very different experience with her facial exercises.

“It’s absolutely worth it. I saw results in the first two weeks," she revealed.

“Bye bye, wrinkles and sagging skin. These are six easy anti-aging face yoga moves for women over 40 to keep our faces fresh and firm," she said.

"This easy tutorial addresses frown lines, downturned mouths, jowls, turkey necks, double chins, and thinning lips," she wrote.

1. THE V-MOVE

This exercise focussed on the downturned mouth area, but the eye area also benefited.

But first, she applied some Ponds moisturizing cream, the "slippy slidey."

"This helps with deep wrinkles here by mouth and also works on lifting sagging hooded eyes and the jawline," she said.

I’m nearly 60 - I’ve never had Botox and don’t look a day over 30 - my tight skin is thanks to four skincare rules

How to do it:

  • Use the first two fingers on each hand
  • Start below the chin and then move up the face towards the top of the head
  • As you move your fingers up, they form into a V-shape, closing again as they reach the forehead area

2. THE KNUCKLE MOVE

This move was good for draining the lymphatic and "all that puff."

How to do it:

  • Place your thumbs under the jawline and knuckle under the jowls
  • With light pressure, push back along the jawline then pull down the neck area

3. THE MOUTH MOVE

She warned you needed clean hands for the next two movements.

"We’re working on giving you back that cheekbone, and a really strong smile that stays upturned," she said.

"It also gives you more volume in that thinning lip."

How to do it:

  • Take the first two fingers on each hand and place them inside your mouth
  • Then move your lips into a pouting position and feel the resistance
  • Do not pull your mouth apart with your fingers
  • Instead, allow your mouth to do the work

4. THE LIP MOVE

This next exercise worked the upper lips, this time using her thumbs.

How to do it:

  • Take your thumbs and place them under your upper lip
  • Then flex your lip over your thumbs
  • You are creating resistance but the lips are doing the hard work

5. THE CHIN MOVE

"The next two you can do when you’re doing your skincare," she said.

"When I’m putting on my moisturizer I will do this for a good 35 to 40 seconds," she added.

How to do it:

  • Place the palm of your hand on your chest
  • Look upwards
  • While you are looking up, drop your jaw open, then close again
  • Feel the resistance

6. THE CHEEK MOVE

This was another yoga movement that could be done alongside a normal skincare regime.

  • Focusing on one side at a time, press the palm of your hand into the side of your face
  • Using your head, push against it
  • It will engage the side neck muscles
  • Swap sides

Her beauty hack was given the thumbs-up by commenters.

“Midland Texas esthetician here. Very important what you are showing. Keep it coming," said one person.
