Murder investigation launched as two Britons found dead in Sweden - local media reports
Two murder victims who were reportedly shot dead before being found in a burnt-out car in Sweden are British, according to local media.
Police have launched a double-murder investigation after they discovered two people dead on Sunday afternoon in Malmo.
Responding to reports of a fire, emergency services only discovered the bodies as they were putting the blaze out, local media reported.
Emergency workers on the site were said to have noticed what could have been a bullet hole in one of the victims, they added.
Swedish media have said that both victims were British nationals and that they were shot dead before the fire.
According to reports, the Britons had rented the Toyota Rav 4 at Copenhagen airport, in Denmark, before it was found a burnt-out shell around 2pm local time.

Local police are interviewing witnesses and appealing to the public for any help as Interpol are also reportedly said to have been involved.
The two victims are yet to have been identified.
