THE London Marathon Elite races are wrapping up on a stunning day in the capital.
Kenya's Peres Jepchirchir has won the women's London Marathon in a women's-only world record time - in a race with no male pacesetters.

What time did the London Marathon start?
The London Marathon started at 9.05 am for the elite wheelchair racers, followed by the elite women at 9.25 am.
At 10am the elite men start and mass race began.
What is the London Marathon route?
The route of the London Marathon has not changed since 1981 and follows the capital's landmarks.
It starts at Blackheath and ends at The Mall.
Runners will pass landmarks such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Canary Wharf, The London Eye and Buckingham Palace.
