Man Utd star Casemiro forced to leave pitch with blood pouring from head after horror collision with Harrison Reed
CASEMIRO was substituted during Manchester United's match against Fulham following a clash of heads with Harrison Reed.
After receiving treatment the bloodied Brazilian was replaced by Scott McTominay in the 53rd minute.
The 32-year-old had started the match, after being hooked at half-time during his side's 2-1 win at Luton last week.
He was eventually substituted with neither side having yet broken the deadlock.
While Casemiro had to be replaced, Reed was able to continue.
At half-time he was spotted swapping shirts with compatriot Rodrigo Muniz.
