Reddit user Brightirene is 14 months postpartum and feels more beautiful than ever.

She revealed what she does to make her feel like herself "with zero effort."

They all take minimal upkeep but have a lasting impact.

EASY EARRINGS

First, you can't leave the house without a pair of earrings on.

She said she has little studs in her ears that she screws in and doesn't have to think about.

"I live my whole life in them, and I wake up feeling pretty," she said.

PERFECT PERFUME

If you're thinking of saving your special perfume for a special occasion, don't.

When you smell good, you feel good.

"You are worthy of wearing heavenly perfume regardless of occasion," she advised.

She made it a point to emphasize that you should "wear your perfume every day."

NICE NAILS

Next, always have your nails done.

"It feels SO good to wake up with pretty hands," she explained.

The Reddit user admitted that she started getting gel put on because her nails started splitting after childbirth.

"Initially I was weird about it, but I love them now," she added.

She said she wished she had gotten fake nails because one of her nails slit completely and "will likely never mend itself.

"F**ked up nail for life!" she said.

She also offered a helpful piece of beauty advice for all moms.

"Moisturize your hands and get your iron levels checked as well because dry hands and low iron also cause nail splitting," she recommended.

Dermatologist-approved anti-aging tips

Dermatologist Dr. Brendan Camp shared his dermatologist-approved tips with The U.S. Sun.

  • Stop using tanning beds.
  • Don't use sunscreen to contour your face.
  • Wear driving gloves to protect your hands from the sun. He likes Coolibar Gannett UV Gloves UPF 50+, $15.99 to $39.
  • Exercise, stick to a healthy diet, and get enough sleep.
  • Don't drink excessively or smoke.

LUSCIOUS LASHES

The glam mom also invests in lash lifts.

As a budget-friendly option, she decided that she was going to teach herself how to do them at home.

Thankfully, she has a great teacher - her daughter's babysitter.

"I have long, dark eyelashes and mascara can be such a pain to deal with," she said.

BUSTY BONUS

Lastly, nothing makes a woman feel sexier than sexy underwear.

If you're breastfeeding, she recommended the brand Hot Milk Lingerie for bras and Aerie for "stretchy, but cute undies."

"Their bras are sexy, give great shape, and are sturdy," she explained.

She said Hot Milk reminded her of the brand Panache

The Redditor said all of the above tasks only require maintenance about once a month.

"You can wake up feeling pretty, step out of bed, spritz your perfume, put on your pretty bra, and feel ready to tackle the day as the beautiful woman you are!" she said.

ADDITIONAL ADVICE

The Redditor also shared other must-do habits that anyone can incorporate into their lifestyle.
