  • Weghorst in demand

    Wout Weghorst is attracting interest from several clubs this summer.

    The Dutch forward is expected to leave Burnley on a permanent basis, with an £8.5million asking price set.

    According to Tuttosport, Roma are the latest club keen on a move, joining Ajax in the race to sign the 31-year-old.

    Weghorst spent last season on loan at German side Hoffenheim, scoring seven goals in 30 appearances.

  • Chelsea agree deal

    Chelsea have agreed a deal worth around £8.5million for Atlanta United defender Caleb Wiley.

    According to The Athletic, the USA international is set to sign a seven-year deal at Stamford Bridge.

    Wiley is also expected to join sister club Strasbourg on loan in order to received regular first-team football.

    The 19-year-old has two caps for the USA but was not a part of their squad for this summer's Copa America.

  • Brighton reject bid

    Brighton have rejected an offer from Stuttgart for German striker Deniz Undav.

    According to Bild, the Bundesliga side have seen a £19.5million bid plus bonuses knocked back.

    The report adds that Brighton value the 27-year-old at £25million, with a fresh bid expected in the coming days.

    Undav made 33 appearances on loan at Stuttgart last season, scoring 19 goals and providing 10 assists for the club.

  • Atletico want Gallagher

    Atletico Madrid are currently leading the race to sign Conor Gallagher from Chelsea.

    According to Fabrizio Romano, the Spanish giants have made contact with the Blues regarding a potential move.

    Gallagher is one of several midfield targets for Atletico this summer, the report adds.

    The deal is said to be "not easy" but not as expensive as previously feared by the club.

  • Palace join race for forward

    Crystal Palace are the latest club to join the race to sign Monaco forward Maghnes Akliouche.

    The 22-year-old has also been linked with the likes of Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.

    According to Fabrizio Romano, are also keen on Akliouche as they look to sign a replacement for Michael Olise.

    Olise completed a £49.5million move to Bayern Munich on Sunday after three years at Selhurst Park.

  • Todibo in demand

    Juventus are confident of signing signing Jean-Clair Todibo from Nice.

    The French defender was previously linked with Manchester United, only for a move to stall due to Ineos' investment in both clubs.

    La Gazzetta dello Sport now report Todibo is keen on a move to Juventus this summer.

    The Italian giants have already signed his former Nice team-mate Khephren Thuram ahead of next season.

  • PSG eye double deal

    Paris Saint-Germain are plotting an ambitious double signing to bolster their midfield options.

    According to Fabrizio Romano, the French giants are keen to add Joshua Kimmich and Joao Neves to their squad this summer.

    It is understood a deal for Kimmich is currently more likely, with the Germany international out of contract in 2025.

    Meanwhile, Benfica are demanding £100million for Neves, making a potential deal more difficult at this moment.

  • United Chilwell interest

    Manchester United are targeting a shock move for Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell.

    According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils see the 27-year-old as an option to provide competition for Luke Shaw.

    Chilwell missed Chelsea’s final seven matches of last season due to a knee injury.

    The former Leicester man currently has three years remaining on his deal at Stamford Bridge.

  • Man Utd almost signed Martinez

    Manchester United came close to signing Aston Villa star Emiliano Martinez before ultimately opting for Andre Onana last year, according to the Argentina international’s agent.

    David de Gea left the Red Devils at the end of 2022/23 season, forcing the Red Devils to look for a new stopper.

    Last year he was very close to Manchester United, the coach chose Onana, because he already knew him.

    But everyone at Manchester United later maintained that the ideal goalkeeper to win was Emiliano Martínez.

  • Desire Doue transfer war

    Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are looking to immediately sign Rennes wonderkid Desire Doue.

    SunSport understand United, the Blues and Spurs have been embroiled in a major bidding war for Doue's signature during the summer transfer window.

    However, the Premier League trio are facing stiff competition from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain for the France Under-21 international.

    The versatile winger is a “top priority” for both Chelsea and Tottenham, who have already held talks with the player’s camp as well as Rennes.

    Negotiations are still “ongoing” between the Prem giants and the teenage sensation as well as his club.

    Both London rivals are so keen on the Frenchman that they want a deal to be sealed by the end of the week.

  • Liverpool signing Chelsea talent

    Liverpool are close to signing Chelsea prospect Rio Ngumoha, who is leaving the academy.

    According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Ngumoha is set to move to Anfield.

    In fact, the Reds are set to break their historical wage structure for the 15-year-old.

    The deal for the young winger will be completed soon.

    Chelsea ace Kepa Arrizabalaga has a “significant offer” on the table to leave Stamford Bridge.

    Kepa has now entered the final 12 months of the deal he signed after making his world record £72.1million move to the Blues in 2018 from Athletic Bilbao.

    According to Marca, the goalkeeper has a “significant offer” from a Saudi Pro League club.

    The same source claims Al-Ittihad are willing to pay the Spain international a whopping salary to move to them.

    But the 29-year-old is determined not to rush into anything and he has allegedly asked for time before making a decision.

    Kepa is believed to be waiting to see whether he receives other proposals while debating what life would be like in the Middle East for him and his family.

    Jobe Bellingham will stay at Sunderland despite interest from several Premier League clubs.

    According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Bellingham will remain at the Stadium of Light for at least one more season.

    Crystal Palace have been pushing to sign the playmaker "for weeks".

    However, Jude Bellingham's brother wants to see out the Black Cats' "ambitious project".

  • Marc Guehi leaving

    Marc Guehi is set to reject the offer of new contract at Crystal Palace leaving the club likely to lose their biggest three stars this summer.

    Palace had been hoping to keep hold of Guehi for at least one more season, as they have already sold Michael Olise to Bayern Munich and Eberechi Eze has a £60million release clause, which Tottenham and Manchester City are willing to trigger.

    The England defender has just two years left on his contract at Selhurst Park however, and without persuading him to sign a new deal Palace may be forced to cash in.

    Palace want Guehi to sign a new contract which would include a release clause when he returns from the European Championship, but SunSport has learned he has no intention of doing so.

    The 23-year-old is understood to be keen to explore his options this summer amidst interest from Manchester United, who have noted the ease with which he has adopted to playing as England's left-sided centre-back in Germany despite being right footed.

    Given Guehi has less than two years left on his contract Palace's negotiating position is less strong and he is likely to be a cheaper option.

  • Toulouse target Max Dean

    French side Toulouse have made a bid of over £1million for MK Dons striker Max Dean.

    Dean, 20, has impressed at Dons since joining the club from Leeds in January 2023.

    The speedy striker scored 19 goals and laid on five assists in 34 games across all competitions last season as the Dons missed out on the League Two play-off semi-finals.

    Toulouse have been long-term admirers of Dean and they are keen to lure him to France in this summer's transfer window.

  • Arsenal target Bentley

    Arsenal are plotting a shock deal for Wolves goalkeeper Dan Bentley 15 years after he left their academy.

    The Gunners want Bentley as cover for his ex-Brentford team-mate David Raya.

    Bentley is behind Jose Sa in the pecking order at Molineux and made only five Premier League appearances last season.

    Wolves manager Gary O’Neil is in the market for a new reserve — with Kasper Schmeichel an option.

    Bentley could fancy the Arsenal move even if it is to be third choice as Aaron Ramsdale is priced at £50million and unlikely to find a suitor.

    The Gunners' academy graduate left aged 15, joining Southend in 2009.

  • Joshua Zirkzee agreement

    Manchester United are close to sealing a deal to sign Bologna star Joshua Zirkzee.

    United have agreed terms with Zirkzee but are yet to decide on how to structure a deal with the Serie A outfit.

    Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that the terms have been sorted out between the striker and the the Red Devils.

    Romano also claimed that the Manchester giants need to decide on paying his £34million release clause.

    It is suggested that United could negotiate new terms with the Serie A side over the structure of the deal.

    This means that the Old Trafford outfit could try to spread the cost of the transfer over multiple years rather than pay the full fee immediately.

    New terms could be preferred by Bologna as they owe 50 per cent of the transfer fee to Bayern Munich, this is due to a sell-on clause inserted in his contract when he left the Bundesliga giants in 2022.

  • Pepe linked with Olympiacos

    Arsenal flop Nicolas Pepe has been linked with a move to Olympiacos during the summer transfer window.

    Pepe is currently a free agent after his departure from Trabzonspor and is looking for his next destination.

    According to Sport FM, the winger's name is "on the table" for the Europa Conference League winners.

    The Ivory Coast international, though, is said to be looking for a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia.

    Manchester United and Arsenal are set for a £30million bidding war over Ajax star Brian Brobbey during the summer transfer window.

    United boss Erik ten Hag knows Brobbey from his time at the Amsterdam giants and is eyeing a move.

    The Gunners’ manager Mikel Arteta also feels the striker can provide an alternative option to injury-prone Gabriel Jesus up front.

    A host of Italian teams are keen on the Netherlands international too but it is understood the player has his heart set on a Premier League switch.

    Leicester plan to join the transfer race for Celtic star Matt O’Riley to replace Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

    The Foxes think O’Riley would replace the goals and assists they will miss with Dewsbury-Hall's recent departure to Chelsea.

    However, the Scottish champions want £50million, a fee that has already put off Brighton.

    The Seagulls were interested in a move for the midfielder but have instead opted to sign Feyenoord ace Mats Wieffer instead.

    Southampton have also been linked with a swoop for the Denmark international ahead of their Premier League return.

  • De Bruyne Saudi bound?

    Manchester City superstar Kevin De Bruyne could be set for a move to Saudi Arabia this summer.

    According to transfer expert Rudy Galetti, a "verbal understanding" has been reached between Al-Ittihad and De Bruyne.

    A delegation of the Public Investment Fund and some representatives of the Saudi outfit spoke to the playmaker, who appears to approve the transfer.

    Now it's up to City agreeing, and the Premier League champs are "open" to letting the Belgium international go.

  • Max Kilman details

    West Ham have completed the signing of Max Kilman from Wolves.

    Kilman is delighted to be reunited with with manager Julen Lopetegui following his £40million move.

    The centre-back has signed a seven-year deal at the London Stadium and was one of Lopetegui's top targets having been made captain by the Spanish tactician at Molineux.

    The Hammers attempted to land the 27-year-old last summer and, as first revealed by SunSport, quickly revived their interest after appointing Lopetegui.

    Wolves will pay around £4m to National League side Maidenhead, from whom they signed Kilman for £40,000 in 2018 due to a 10 per cent sell on clause.

  • Olise reacts to Bayern move

    Michael Olise completed his £49.5million move to Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace.

    Olise, who is currently on international duty with the French Olympic team ahead of this summer's Games in Paris, issued the following statement:

    The talks with FC Bayern were very positive, and I’m very happy to now be playing for such a big club.

    It's a great challenge, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

    I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring that we win as many titles as possible with our team in the coming years.

  • West Ham blow

    Aleix Garcia was unveiled as a Bayer Leverkusen player last month.

    However, the Spain midfielder could have ended up signing for West Ham instead.

    When asked if he had received any offers other than the Leverkusen one, Garcia told Diari de Girona: “One from West Ham. They were the only ones.

    "If I had waited longer, maybe I could have received another one. I considered that Bayer was the most positive, because of the coach and the style of play. Playing the Champions League was a trigger."

  • Hagi future

    The agent of Rangers star Ianis Hagi has revealed he would pay to help his client secure a move away from the Scottish club.

    Giovanni Becali told Digi Sport: "I would be more than happy to help him find a team.

    "I would spend money from me and my brother to find something for Ianis. He has an impresario who is very good to me.

    "He has a contract with Rangers and I think he will start training with them. I hope that the coach will continue to consider him (as part of first team squad)."
