One woman may have found the answer.

Cleaning whizz Shan took to social media to share her number one mould busting hack.

She swears by Astonish Mould and Mildew Spray.

"It works like a dream", she said.

The cleaning pro demonstrated spraying the mixture onto her mouldy window frames and then wiping it away to reveal squeaky clean windows.

If you have condensation around your windows, Shan also recommended leaving them open for a while to make the condensation go away.

"It's the only way you're going to get rid of the condensation", she said.

Shan's video, which was posted under the username @cleanwithshan, has clearly left many impressed, as it has racked up over 1.2 million views.

TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on Shan's cleaning hack.

One person said: "This mould spray was a lifesaver when I lived in a room with mould on all my walls".

Another user said: "That stuff is fantastic"

A third person added: "That spray has saved the walls in our flat."

Black mould is a fungus that grows in warm, wet conditions such as in the bathroom.
