I got pregnant at 14 & now I’m 38 with 12 kids – I’m trolled for my whooping brood but I’ve only made love to TWO men
A MUM-of-12 who is aged 38 has hit back at trolls who say she “moves quickly” with men.
TikTok famous mum, Veronica Merrit, from New York, US, responded to comments she received criticising her lifestyle and said she has only slept with two people.
The New York-based mum said she is single and looking for Mr Right, but has dated a few people recently.
In a clip on her @thismadmama channel, Veronica said: “I like meeting people, I have gone on dates with several different people, I do not engage in reproductive acts with people just at random.
“I’ve only had coitus with the two people that I was married to.”
Veronica said she had considered sealing the deal with the last guy she was seeing.

She admitted: “My body count’s low, I like this guy, it’s been a while, why the f*** not? I’m an adult.
“I’m a whole adult with 12 kids.”
However, she later decided against it after finding him “gross”.
Veronica continued her initial answer, saying: “I wanted to respond to your comment because the thing about me is I’m a super duper loving person.
“I have a lot of friends, I get attached to people very quickly, but that’s just who I am, I’m very loving to everybody.”
The mum added: “There’s so much passion and romance in my heart that’s going to waste. I feel like I have a true love out there searching for me too, I just have to find him.”
People defended her, with one saying: “You're a full grown adult, it is no one's business what you're doing.”
Veronica, who has previously revealed that she doesn't use contraception, first fell pregnant at the age of 14 to her daughter Victoria, who is now also a mum.
And she is also a grandma to Maddilyn Rosalie whose youngest uncle, Modi, is just two months older than her.
Veronica added: "Being pregnant at the same time as my daughter wasn't something I ever thought was going to happen, but it's pretty cool.
"I've been pregnant most of my life."
But Victoria doesn't plan to follow in her mum's footsteps of having lots of children and plans to stick with just one.
Veronica confessed that people often stare at her in public because of her bumper board and tell her she must have her handful with that many children in tow.
Having such a large family means even the most basic of tasks can take hours as Veronica revealed it can take three hours a night to prep dinner.
The mum also uses an old school bus to transport her children from A to Z as a normal car wouldn't suffice and dedicates a lot of her time to homeschooling.
Sharing her life on social media has attracted both positive and negative attention to the family.

Veronica revealed some have spent thousands gifting the family items, but there's also been a fair share of negativity and hate.
Despite negativity from trolls online, Veronica loves having a big family and the fact her children will always have each other.
