Arson investigation launched into Hong Kong water activities club fire that left man severely burned

Hong Kong police launched an arson and criminal damage investigation after a fire broke out at TLC Water Club on Friday and left a man severely burned.

Emergency personnel were called to the club on Tai Lam Chung Road in Tuen Mun after police received multiple fire reports at around 6.24am.

A police spokesman said the man, 48, suffered serious burn injuries to his limbs and face was found semi-conscious at the scene. He was rushed to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
