OVER the years Dragons' Den has welcomed a variety of inventors from different walks of life.
One person who is hoping to secure investment from the Dragons' is Issac Tambini.
Who is Isaac Tambini?
Issac Tambini is a business owner who invented Polar ice pops.
He comes from a generation of Italian ice cream makers, the Tambini and Conti families.
We have reinvented the childhood treat the ‘ice pole’ or ‘ice pop’ through sourcing the highest quality ingredients, working with local farms and adding no nasty stuff to our products.

Although how he gets on is being kept a secret, he told Nottinghamshire Live: "Being in the Den was a completely surreal experience.
"I tried my best to remain calm by asking myself the question ‘investment or not, what can I really lose from this experience?'"
Where is Isaac Tambini from?
Born in 1996, Issac is from from Mapperley, Nottingham.
Having enjoyed ice pops as a kid, he reinvented it by opting for natural ingredients, instead of artificial.
He has created three ranges of ice pops: Sorbet Pops, ‘Tipsies’ Cocktail Pops and No Added Sugar Pops.
Speaking about why he decided to invent this new range of ice pops, he told qmjobsblog: "I saw a gap in the market for a frozen dessert that used actual fresh fruit with no concentrates, was free from artificial additives and 100% vegan.
"I have always been interested in starting my own business and coupling it with my love for food made complete sense."
Issac added: "At pola we handmake ice and gelato poles using whole, fresh fruit and clean, plant-based ingredients.
"We have reinvented the childhood treat the ‘ice pole’ or ‘ice pop’ through sourcing the highest quality ingredients, working with local farms and adding no nasty stuff to our products."
When did Isaac Tambini start Pola ice pops?
Issac started his thriving company Pola after leaving university in 2019.
Speaking about getting started, he said on his website: "It took us months of recipe testing in our home kitchen using real fruits and a whole lotta love…and just like that, Pola's Sorbet & Gelato Poles were born.
"Insanely refreshing, super tasty and 100% natural, they were a big hit with family and friends!"

Issac went on: "We bought an old ice cream cart off eBay, renovated it and began pushing it around the city centre of Nottingham, selling Poles to passers-by.
"Straight away, customers loved our flavour combinations and the fact we used local fruits & botanicals as ingredients."
