ONE local has revealed how they save a parking space in their neighbourhood with an ingenious solution.
Having no parking outside you home can make you leave you feeling frustrated after getting home from a busy day at work.
But one motorist has come up with an ingenious hack to save a space with another car - one which can be picked up and lifted out of the way.
The tip sees the motorist park their child's ride-on mini motor in one of the parks outside their home and in their driveway.
The cars are a favourite of toddlers, who can imitate their parents and drive in a safe area.
The humorous clip was posted by account OakiBespoki where he shows his child's toy car in several different parking spaces.

The post also used the caption: "Life. Parking problem solved."
OakiBespoki's fans gave their thoughts on whether they thought the hack would work.
One said: "Nice try but it would be treated as dumped trash."
Another said: "Can’t park there mate ! Dave Davidson will let your tyres down lol."
While a third posted: "Not when im around!! rubbish."
Meanwhile, another motorist has revealed their hack to prevent others from stealing their parking spot.
They use a white car made from Styrofoam to sit in their parking space inside a multi-storey car park.
But fans wondered what they driver would do with the life-sized model when they did return with their actual car.
Another jilted motorist who had lost their spot took revenge in an smart way.
A mum blocked in a driver who parked outside her house by moving her motor within inches of the car to prove a point.

What is the parking space law in the UK?
An occupier of a space or a waiting driver could be breaking the law.
A driver who behaves aggressively and tries to intimidate a standing person could be liable for dangerous driving.
If they are found to be liable they could be facing a £1,000 fine.
A pedestrian who is proven to be a "nuisance" by blocking a space can also find themselves in trouble.
A nuisance parking offender can be issued a £100 fixed penalty notice according to the government website.
However, it is legal to simply stand in a parking space.
You can stand there until your car or a friend's car arrives and fills the gap, whether or not another driver believes differently.
However, the situation can easily get complicated.
