BBC Breakfast was temporarily pulled off air this morning after it was hit with technical issues.
Jon Kay, 54, and Sally Nugent, 52, were at the helm of the flagship news programme.
Just after 9am, the broadcasters prepared to handover to the show's regional newsrooms for the local headlines.
However as the show cut to the STV studios in Glasgow, viewers were unable to hear Scots anchor Graham Stewart.
Telly bosses terminated the news for viewers north of the border and replaced it with a warning message.
It read: "We are sorry for the break in this programme and we are trying to correct the fault."
But back in the show's Manchester studio, Jon and Sally seemed unaware of their colleague's nightmare broadcast.
