And if you're a mum who is always running late, then you better listen up!

In a clip posted to TikTok (@lifeinanursery), the nursery practitioner begins by sharing an item of clothing she wishes all parents would steer clear of when dressing their kids in the morning.

"Clothes with no poppers," she says.

While some mums rush to pick up their kids after work, others may get stuck in traffic or leave it too late before heading out the door to do the nursery run.

And according to the nursery worker, there's one thing that grinds her gears more than anything.

"When parents turn up about two minutes before we close and have 100 questions to ask," she says.

Next up, she also notes how she can't stand pull ups, while there's also a type of food she dreads seeing in a child's packed lunch box.

Sharing her annoyance, she notes: "Cleaning up rice meals."

And last but not least, the nursery practitioner points out that she hates "parents driving into the car park at 30mph."

It wasn't long before the post went viral, garnering thousands of views and hundreds of comments from other nursery workers, with many sharing their own pet peeves.

"I agree with all those - another one is there not unwell they are just teething," wrote one.

A second penned: "Yep agree with all of them. Also high top Converse."

A third commented: "When they have tights and boot or buckle shoes."

Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "Rice, pasta, noodles are a bloody nightmare to clean up."

The nursery work responded: "Any of them are dreaded!"

A further added: “They’ve got a cold so they’re not allowed to play outside today.

"Yeah I’ll just tell your two year old they can’t play with their friends."

Elsewhere, some parents argued against some of the comments mentioned and defended their decisions.

"My son would move around so much that I found it difficult to put him in anything but pull ups," one person pointed out.
