"Some lifestyle tips that have helped my skin," she captioned the video. "I'm 62 and this is my natural skin."
She started by sitting in the sun and showing her natural skin, without Botox or fillers.
For Gym, how you live your life is more important than what you put on your skin.
Her first tip is to "get a lot of sleep." The sexagenarian said she gets at least seven hours of sleep a night.
Her next hack is to exercise. "All that energy and oxygen is great for your skin," Gym revealed.
Tip number three is to eat as healthily as possible.
"I try to get a good mix of everything: colorful fruits and vegetables, some carbs, and I eat protein at every single meal," she said.
Her fourth and final tip is all about her state of mind.
"Lastly, have a really positive attitude towards life," she said. "I wake up every day grateful, ready to learn something new."
"I think that positivity radiates through your skin."
