‘They’re the most amazing dupes I’ve ever smelt & under £10’ beauty lover claims as she raves about M&S perfumes

A WOMAN has claimed to have found ‘the most amazing’ perfume dupes she’s ever smelt.

A fashion and beauty fan, who is from West Sussex and is known online as ‘The Petite Lady’, explained that not only do the M&S fragrances smell amazing, but they’re also super affordable too.

Showing off her cheap buys on social media, the woman wrote: “Popped into Marks & Spencer yesterday and walked out with three perfumes!!

“These are the best dupes I’ve ever found of my favourite perfumes and for only £6 each. Well done Marks and Spencer.” 

The woman explained that she nabbed three dupes - Red Berries & Rose, which is a dupe for Armani's Si, White Coconut which is a copy of The White Company’s Seychelles fragrance, and Gardenia & Vanilla, which she claimed is an 'amazing copy' of Marc Jacobs Daisy.

Showing off the dupe of Si, which is her favourite perfume, she then revealed: “I hate to say it, but I'm gonna say the phrase run, don't walk, because Marks & Spencer have launched these dupe fragrances, which are the most amazing dupes I've ever smelled and they're all under a tenner.

“You know I'm already a big fan of Marks & Spencer's clothing. I think over the last couple of years, their design team has just done phenomenal.

“And somebody told me about their fragrances, so I went to have a quick smell and I ended up walking out with three different fragrances. I have to tell you about them.

“So my favourite perfume is Si by Armani, and this retails at like £70. Somebody gave me a little hint that the Marks & Spencer's Red Berries and Rose smells just like it.”

As she sprayed her new scent, she added: “Honestly, if you like Si by Armani, you have to buy this. It's incredible.

“Now, this might be a bit hard to explain via video, but I wonder if my face can tell you how good the smell is.

“Spot on. It's the closest replica smell that I've ever found of Si and this one comes in at £7.50 for a 30ml bottle.

“You can get an 100ml bottle, wait for it - for £12.50.” 

The woman later explained: “So this one from M&S is a steal at £6.50! Definitely recommend!”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @the_petite_lady, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 187,900 views. 

Social media users were impressed with the clip and were eager to share their thoughts on the high-street scents in the comments. 

One person said: “Love these perfumes!” 

Another added: “They do smell absolutely spot on, agreed.” 

A third commented: “They're amazing and last all day.”

To this, the ‘petite lady’ replied: “Such great value.” 

Meanwhile, at the same time, many other M&S fans shared the dupe fragrances from the high-street chain that they recommend. 

One perfume lover penned: “I have the Soft Iris which is a Coco Mademoiselle dupe and it’s amazing.”

A second claimed: “The Provenance Under The Palm Trees, every time I wear it I get loads of compliments.”

Another beauty fan shared: “Pink Pepper has been a favourite of mine for a couple of years now.”

Whilst another M&S shopper explained: “My favourite is the White Coconut.”

The petite lady then responded: “I think that’s my fav too. It just reminds me of sunny beaches.”
