IDF retrieve body of Hamas victim Shani Louk and two others killed at Nova music festival in Oct 7 massacre
ISRAELI forces have rescued the bodies of three hostages from the Gaza Strip, the military's chief spokesman said on Friday.
Among the hostages rescued is German tattoo artist Shani Louk, who was murdered by Hamas at last year's Supernova music festival.
The Israel Defence Forces chief spokesman Daniel Hagari identified the other rescued hostages as Amit Buskila and Itzhak Gelerenter.
He said all three victims were killed by the Palestinian militant group at the music festival on October 7 and their bodies taken to Gaza.
German-Israeli Shani, 22, was last seen in harrowing footage of Hamas terrorists parading her body on the pack of a pickup truck.
Israel's military did not on Friday provide immediate details on where the three victims bodies' were found in Gaza.
Amit is understood to be a 28-year-old woman, and Itzhak a 56-year-old man.
Shani, Amit, and Itzhak were among 1,200 people - mainly civilians - brutally murdered by Hamas on October 7.
Militants abducted about 250 others in the unprecedented attack.
Half of those taken and dragged to Gaza have been freed, most in swaps for Palestinian prisoners held by Israel during a week-long ceasefire in November.
But about 100 hostages remain captive in Gaza, along with the bodies of about 30 others, according to Israel.
