Halle has starred in many notable movies including Monster’s Ball, X-Men, Gothika, and James Bond’s Die Another Day.

However, her leading role in the 2004 action Catwoman arguably remains the most talked about of all.

Fans are currently counting down to August 16, when she will return to the screen alongside Mark Wahlberg in the Netflix movie The Union — and they’re amazed by her youthful look in teasers.

“Does she know aging? Is that something she's even heard of? How does she still look like that?” one person tweeted.

“Halle Berry can do whatever she wants because she's Halle Berry. She has been aging backward over the last 30 years,” another wrote.

“Halle Berry is one of the most beautiful women in the world,” a third said.

The actress was crowned the sexiest woman in the world by FHM magazine in 2003 and given the title again in 2008 by Esquire — just six months after the birth of her daughter Nahla with her ex Gabriel Aubry.

She welcomed a second child with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez in 2013, a boy named Maceo-Robert Martinez.

The mom of- two is also the founder of the digital community Re-Spin, which focuses on perimenopausal and menopausal health.

We’ve taken a deep dive into her anti-aging secrets to unveil how she remains ageless despite her busy lifestyle.

SKINCARE

Halle has given her 8.6 million Instagram followers a glimpse into her beauty regimen on several occasions.

In one post, she shared the skincare items that she believes every woman should own.

“If you don’t know about the Knesko mask, face mask, neck mask, lip mask, get into it,” she said.

“These are the best facial masks that I have found.

“Also for your face Olga Lorencin, you need this.

“It’s called Heal The Need recovery face serum, you’re going to need this for your face.

“Trust me, put this on, wake up, and you’ve got a new face, happens to me every morning believe me.”

Knesko’s nano gold repair collagen face mask, which Halle is seen wearing in one Instagram post has a 5-star rating on the brand’s website where it costs $155.

I do it twice a day, religiously, never miss a day.

Olga Lorencin’s Heal The Need Rescue & Recovery serum is priced at $115 and also has a 5-star rating.

During lockdown, the actress took to Instagram to show the full process of applying her skincare routine.

“I love a good facial, skincare has been a big part of my regime since I was 16 years old,” she said.

“I do it twice a day, religiously, never miss a day.”

Halle applied the Rehydrating Cleanser from her red carpet facialist Olga Lorencin's skincare range, which is no longer available.

She used Philips’ electrical cleansing brush, which costs $200, to work the cleanser into her skin.

“Don't forget to get down here and get your neck,” she said.

“Oftentimes we do the face and we forget that our face is attached to our neck and that also needs to be cleaned and needs some love.”

The next step in her skincare routine was Ole Henriksen’s Pore-Balance Facial Sauna Scrub, which costs $28.

She then left SkinCeuticals' Hydrating B5 Masque, which is priced at $66 on her face for 15 minutes.

Halle finished the pampering session by massaging Olga Lorencin’s Lactic Acid Hydrating Serum into her face.

“I love for my skin to drink a good dose of lactic acid, that's what this is,” she said.

“It continues to slough off the dry, dead skin, always leaving the most fresh skin on the surface.

"When skin looks good, everything else looks good, so I've always believed you gotta start with the skin.

“You gotta start with the canvas. You can't paint a pretty picture if you don't have a good canvas."

MAKEUP

Halle turned heads with a retro-inspired makeup look as she stepped out at the 2023 Oscars.

She tagged her makeup artist Jorge Monroy on Instagram as she gushed about it.

“Living for this Charlotte Tilbury glam,” she said.

Jorge told InStyle that he achieved Halle’s dewy glow by applying Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream, $30, and Magic Eye Rescue, $65.

He then put Hollywood Flawless Filter, $49, on her cheekbones, nose, temples, and her cupid bow.

Adding definition to her cheekbone, he applied Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer, $58, and the Beauty Highlighter Wands in the colors Pillow Talk and Peachgasm.

The makeup artist enhanced Halle’s eyes using the Pillow Talks Dreams Palette, $55, and Golden Quarts Color Chameleon Eye Pencil, $29.

HAIR

Hairstylist Sara Seward revealed Halle had decided on her finger waves style for the 2023 Oscars before settling on a dress.

She told People magazine that it took “a few hours” to “really nail” the look.

Having dampened Halle’s hair, she applied Virtue Curl-Defining Mouse, $40, followed by a mixture of Virtue Curl-Defining Gel and Virtue Healing Oil, $45.

She let the style set under a dryer before applying Virtue The Perfect Ending Split End Serum, $42.

Sara finished Halle’s hair using Virtue 6-In-1 Guard Hairspray, $40, to hold everything in place.

"I always finish [the style] and then I know that she's going to tweak it and put it in the place that she feels best about it,” Sara said.

FITNESS

Halle has been working with her “secret weapon” Peter Lee Thomas for years.

The celebrity personal trainer commented under a post sharing their joint workout saying that the actress’s enviable physique is the result of consistent hard work.

“Lucky has nothing to do with it. Always putting in the work,” he said.

She starts her day at around 6 am with her daily workout at around 9.30 am, after the kids have been taken to school.

According to Women’s Health, Halle exercises six days a week doing a mix of strength training and cardio.

Her grueling workouts include upside-down crunches and situps to target her core.

Ahead of her role as a disgraced MMA fighter in the 2020 movie Bruised, she also practiced five versions of mixed martial arts.

“To be the age I am and push my body to its limits reminded me that age is just a number,” she said.

“We can control how we define ourselves, and I’ve never been healthier and felt stronger.

“This movie helped me realize that.”

Halle believes that our bodies get used to the same exercises and therefore it’s important to mix things up.

She has a Pilate machine at her home for the days when she isn’t doing calisthenics, yoga, or cardiovascular-heavy exercises.

DIET

Halle was diagnosed with diabetes when she was 19 years old and credits the condition for helping her to make healthier choices such as avoiding processed sugar.

“The first thing I take in the morning is vitamin A-D-K, fish oils, and collagen in my coffee,” she told Marie Claire.

“Then, I take either Pendulum Metabolic Daily or Glucose Control supplements.

“Their probiotics have been really helping me heal some gut issues that I've had.”

Halle revealed that she stopped eating breakfast over 20 years ago and usually has her first meal at around 2 pm.

She aims to have her last meal by 6 pm, winding down for the evening with a glass of red wine from Dry Farms.

“Heart disease runs in my family, and so my heart doctor's like, ‘If you can have a glass of a natural red once a day, that's good for heart health,’” she said.

“So that's something that's not every night, but four times a week.”

Peter told Hollywood Life that Halle combines breakfast and lunch, and snacks throughout the day on vegetables or fruit.

“A lot of the time she will have a steak with a big green salad and not butter lettuce, it has to be dark greens like spinach and kale,” he said.

“Or she will have shredded chicken over a dark green leafy salad.

“Or she might have two or three eggs, not egg whites, she eats the whole egg because the yolk is very important.”

She has ketogenic meals for dinner, either lamb or grass-fed beef with vegetables.

“Halle does keep her diet very low carbohydrate,” he added.

“It’s an amazing way to stay in great shape because she totally stops craving those things.”
