My grandma is 70 but looks 40 – her ‘golden years’ tips are nearly all free & nothing to do with skincare

At least that's the experience of one 70-year-old grandma.

This lady could easily pass for 40 and she's been making an impression on her granddaughter's TikTok audience.

Queenie (@qlyxxx), who has 55,000 followers, is very proud of her glamorous grandma.

In her seventh decade, her "golden year" tips are nearly all free and are easily achievable.

Queenie hopes she has inherited some of her grandma's youthful looks: “I hope it’s in the genes.”

In her post, she spent a day with this energetic septuagenarian.

“The secret to how my grandma is 70 but looks 40," she said, as the pair played games swapping outfits.

Even Queenie is amazed by this age-defining lady: “How is my grandma 70?”

But, the clue may lie in her approach to life.

“She eats a lot of fruits. And drinks a lot of water," Queenie wrote as the pair prepared vegetables.

“Always trying out different things such as recipes to challenge herself," she continued.

Social isolation is not for her: “She surrounds herself with friends and family, who love her."

Next, grandma and granddaughter worked out alongside each other: “She’s always going out and going overseas to keep herself moving."

Karoke was one of grandma's favored activities: “She loves trying new things. She has more energy than me.

“She is constantly upskilling herself," said Queenie of her inspirational grandma.

Some commenters wondered if grandma was “actually [Queenie's] mom.”

Commenters were blown away by this 70-year-old.

One person said: “Wow she looks so young I thought she was your mum or aunt.”

A second person wrote: “I want to grow up to be like her.”

And a third viewer figured: “Your family lineage has good genes definitely.”
