Carol Kirkwood and Steph McGovern thrills fans with glam reunion ten years after parting ways on BBC Breakfast
CAROL Kirkwood and Steph McGovern have thrilled fans as they reunited years after she left BBC Breakfast.
Steph, 41, took to social media to share with her followers how she had caught up fan-favourite Carol, 61.
The pair were all smiles for the camera as they had 'a cuppa' and caught up on each other's lives.
Posting the snap on Instagram, Steph wrote: "A trip down memory lane over a cuppa with our Carol (saved in my phone as ‘Lady Kirkwood - Queen of Weather’).
"I love looking at the pics of us over the years on all our different adventures and holidays together. (She’s barely aged, unlike me).
"I first met Carol on BBC Breakfast. I was dead nervous when I started and Carol left a gorgeous note on my desk to wish me luck. She’s been a fabulous friend ever since."

BBC Breakfast fans were left delighted by their outing together and flooded the women with compliments.
One wrote: "You both look fabulous. I've certainly got leg envy Steph, yours are amazing."
A second posted: "You are both such wonderful souls and so much fun."
"Steph you look like a model and Carole is so beautiful," said a third.
While a fourth commented: "Carol is absolutely beautiful and friendly love her on breakfast she’s awesome."
