FANS of the Stanley Quencher are in luck, as Stanley has launched their latest bottle which has been designed for an active lifestyle.
The perfect bottle for keeping hydrated whilst you're exercising or on the go, the Ice Flow Fast Flow is destined to be another hit from Stanley.

The new IceFlow Fast Flow takes everything you love about Stanley and applies it to their new active bottle.
Priced at £39.99, it's available from March 19 at 9 am on Stanley's website.
The new IceFlow Fast Flow bottle combines the best of the best of Stanley, taking inspiration from the IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler and the AeroLight Transit Bottle, and then adding a Fast Flow lid.

The Fast Flow lid features a large spout for fast flow and easy hydration, making it a great choice for those on the move and has been designed on an angle for quick and easy drinking and cleaning.
There's even an integrated holder in the handle of the IceFlow Fast Flow, which you can use to hold the cap whilst you drink, or you can use it to hang on a fence, or court while you play.
And not forgetting the easy carry handle, which the IceFlow Fast Flow has borrowed from the IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler, and is great for carrying on long walks or to your next class.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Stanley bottle without the ability to keep liquids cold for hours.
The IceFlow Fast Flow keeps drinks cold for 10 hours, and iced for two days thanks to Stanley's double-wall vacuum insulation.
It's been created with 18/8 stainless steel making it one of the most durable and sustainable bottles on the market, and uses Stanley's "AeroLight™ featherweight technology'" with "spun steel that is 33% lighter than standard stainless-steel drinkware" - so it won't weigh down your gym bag either.
Currently, only a 20 oz/0.6L size is available, but it comes in six colours including White, Black, Lilac, Citron, Azure, and TigerLily Plum.
On top of all this, it's also BPA-free, and dishwasher safe, with a 'Built for Lifetime' warranty.
I received the bottle ahead of its launch, and it's been a game-changer for me.
I'm usually terrible at drinking enough water, and since I've been taking the new IceFlow Fast Flow in the office, I've noticed I've upped my intake and of course, it's great for the gym too.
It's larger than older bottles, which I like as it means I don't run out of H20 halfway through a workout - a problem I've had with smaller bottles (who wants to be dying of thirst at the end of a spin class?).
Of course, I love my Stanley Quencher, but I found I only use it at home as I don't drive, and I don't like carrying stuff around in my hands on my commute.
