Labour mysteriously deletes Harry Potter TikTok video attacking Tories over national service plan

LABOUR has mysteriously deleted a TikTok post which featured clips from the Harry Potter films.

The viral vid mocked Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s national service plan which would see 18-year-olds serve in the Armed Forces or complete volunteer work.

The video showed Daniel Radcliffe starring in the first Harry Potter film

It ripped off the famous scene in the Philosopher’s Stone when hundreds of Hogwarts letters explode out of the Dursley family’s chimney.

And it was captioned: “Point of view: You didn’t respond to your National Service letter on your 18th birthday.”

But embarrassingly for Labour, the post has since been deleted.

Speculation swirled that the post might have been in breach of Warner Bros. copyright.

The gaffe comes just days after Labour launched their new TikTok account which has amassed 1.5 million likes.

And it is not the Labour Party’s first Harry Potter dust up.

Author JK Rowling has repeatedly clashed with MPs over their flip flopping on women’s rights.

She made an explosive intervention in the general election debate last week saying she would “love to know” how Labour defines “a woman”.

JK shared a photo of Sir Keir suggesting his recent “back-pedalling” on transgender issues was insincere.

Both Labour and Warner Bros. have been contacted for comment.
