Quality Street chocolates slashed in price to just 22p at supermarket giant
THE price of a popular Quality Street chocolate has been slashed in price to just 22p at a major supermarket.
Zingy Orange Matchmakers are now scanning for just 22p at Morrisons.
Eagle-eyed shoppers at the Supermarket Deals & Offers, Local Shops and Services Facebook group spotted the deal and were quick to share on social media.
Shoppers were quick to chime in and share their excitement over the deal, with one joking they needed "half a dozen boxes".
Another person said they "would buy all of them," while a third moaned that they "never get these bargains" when they go shopping.
The Quality Street branded chocolate sticks, made by Nestle, are sold all year round but are loved by many as a festive treat at Christmas.

The treat comes in a range of flavours including Cool Mint and Hazelnut.
Morrisons usually sell the chocolate for £1.50, so this offers a saving of £1.28.
The deal does not appear to be available online so you may have to visit your nearest branch for a chance to secure the offer.

If you are planning a trip it may be worth ringing your local Morrisons ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
It is also likely this deal wont be around for long as the supermarket is probably clearing old Christmas stock.
It comes as shoppers have spotted a number of festive chocolates slashed in price in recent days.
Aldi has cut the cost of 300g pouches of Quality Street from £1.99 to an incredible 49p.
Shoppers will need to be quick to bag the cheap chocolate as they're only available in-store.
