On August 21, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony of the “Ashaghi Veng”, “Nadirkhanly”, and “Chaykend” small hydroelectric power plants of AzerEnerji JSC in the village of Veng, Kalbajar district, Trend reports.
