"Great stocking filler!"

It wasn't long before the post racked up several likes and comments from chocolate fans up and down the country - with many eager to snap up the bargain buy.

"That is a Bargain!! They retail at £1.25 each bar…" wrote one.

A second penned: "£1.99 bargain!"

A third tagged a friend and pleaded: "if you see grab them, please."

Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "Wish I knew this earlier I paid £4 in Asda lol."

Another added: "If you go tomorrow can you get me one."

Elsewhere, others pointed out that it's the cheapest price they've seen.

"Wow I saw this for nearly a fiver in Asda," one social media user pointed out.

Another agreed: "That's a great bargain….a fiver in B&M."

And it's not the first time shoppers have been sent into a frenzy after spotting deals on Christmas chocolates.

Fabulous previously told how people had been rushing to Home Bargains to nab Quality Street bags & crackers that are the cheapest they’ve seen.

Savvy shopper Sarah 'sassy-lou' Clewer posted a snap of her bargain buys which included a large bag of Quality Street favourites filled with strawberry delights, along with a cracker which is perfect for anyone who loves 'the purple one.'

Alongside the image, she penned: "Strawberry bag £2.49, purple cracker £2.99...Home Bargains."

Elsewhere, B&M shoppers were going wild for a Cadbury selection box that’s cheaper than elsewhere.

Stewart Thompson posted a snap of a classic Cadbury selection box in his local store, which contains a Double Decker, Crunchie, Wispa, Chocolate Buttons and Fudge

"Only £1.20 at B&M," he wrote.

The store has slashed the popular box from £1.89 to £1.20 - meaning you can save yourself 69p.

And the discounted selection box has proved so popular amongst bargain hunters, the store has had to put a limit on them.

A sign next to the festive treat reads: "Please note: This product is restricted to 10 items per customer."
