AN anti-aging expert has shared her tips to prevent crepey-looking hands.
She explained that a go-to accessory goes a long way to prevent premature wrinkles.
Kendra (@kendrathemom_) shared the anti-aging tips in a viral TikTok video.
"One of the top things I get asked as a skin professional is, 'How can I help with my aging hands?'" she said.
A technique she swears by, she revealed, is slugging.
She applied an occlusive product on her hands after going in with a hydrating serum.

"Take either your Aquaphor ointment, Cerave ointment, or your Vaseline, and what you're going [to] do is you're going to put hyaluronic acid serum, your favorite cream, and then you're going to slug with your favorite ointment," she said.
The product layering, she explained, will help retain moisture and seal in hydration.
Other ingredients that help are peptide serums, creams, and retinoids, the latter of which Kendra suggests applying a few times a week.
Gloves, she adds, are as critical for prevention as skincare.
"Start using gloves for everything. Cleaning, doing dishes, it's going to protect your hands. Trust me!" she said.
Last but not least, she recommends bringing your daily sunscreen down to your hands.
"This is the number one thing I can suggest for you," she said.
