I live in a garage but it’s not what you might think – there’s no room for a table, but my bedroom’s gorgeous

A WOMAN has revealed that she lives in a converted garage, but it’s not what you might think.

While many of us use our garage as a storage dumping ground, one woman, Leah Alexandra, has proudly showed off her stunning space.

Whilst she claimed it’s too small for a table, she is thrilled with her bedroom.

Not only this, but her kitchen is very impressive and her bathroom is one of dreams too.

Posting on social media, the content creator shared her ‘garage conversion apartment tour.’

She said: “I live in a garage. Yes, a garage.

“So I'm going to give you guys a tour of what my garage apartment looks like.”

Leah took her followers into her home, as she explained: “So when you first walk in, you're going to be greeted with my fridge. Not the cutest view, but we live.

“This was the only spot in my place where my fridge would fit. I made sure I got a thick fridge.

“Next to the fridge is my bathroom - and a big pile of clothing. I'm being real.

“By the way, I forgot to say, I do live in a four car garage.”

As she showed off her bathroom, which has beautiful gold accents, she added: “I updated this entire vanity because I wanted it to be gold.

I live in my parents’ garage and sometimes my mum shares my bed but I don’t mind as it’s so much cheaper than having a mortgage

“I think that is too dang cute and I love it here.

“So straight out of my bathroom, as you can see, my kitchen.”

Leah then gave her followers a look at her modern kitchen as she revealed: “This is honestly the perfect size for me. I don't need any bigger.

“Of course it would be nice if I had a bigger kitchen, yes, but I'm very blessed for anything that I have in this life, so I'm grateful.

“Also, I do not have a table. There is no room.”

Leah’s living room is complete with a large sofa, as well as two small chairs, as she shared: “Next we have my living room. It's still not complete. I am getting there, but I do like how it looks so far.

“There are two seats for my guests to sit down.

“Almost everything I have in my living room is from Facebook Marketplace.”

To complete the tour, Leah then went into her bedroom, as she concluded: “Now here's the door where all the magic happens. And by magic, I mean sleep.

“I love my room so, so much. When you come in, you're gonna see a broken dresser and my closet.

“Since this is a garage conversion, they did not install a closet in here, so I had to buy one.

“I did buy some curtains for the window, as you can see, but I am not Bob the builder, and I'm not that tall to get up there.

“One of my beautiful friends on here actually gifted me this mirror, and it is the best make-up mirror I've ever used.

“I just love how my room looks. It makes me so happy.

“So, yeah, this is what my apartment is looking like now. It is almost finished.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @leahbbyxo, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed 1.4 million views.

Social media users were stunned at Leah’s garage apartment and many took to the comments to express this.

One person said: “It’s so cute! I would have never guessed it was a converted garage.”

Another added: “This is so cute!!”

A third commented: “Everything is so beautiful and clean.”

Whilst someone else wrote: “I love it! You’ve done amazing with your place.”

Meanwhile, someone else asked: “Is it hard not having windows?”

To this, Leah confirmed: “Hgh yes! That’s the only thing I really don’t like.”

Whilst another user questioned: “Serious question, no windows - how did you adjust?! I recently toured a nice apartment with no windows.”

In response, Leah explained: “It definitely isn’t ideal.. It's the main thing that bothers me. But yes I have one and am thankful for it.”
