Where do the Radfords live?

Britain's biggest family of 24, the Radfords, call Lancashire's coastal town of Morecambe their home.

They live in a 10-bedroom former care home, which has been renovated to fit the all of the children, plus mum and dad.

It's the house we've been dreaming of for years and years. It's got a nice big garden all around it and there's plenty of land for what we want. It's a house where we can put our stamp on it.

The huge property's garden boasts an outside bar and cinema, as well as a £27k swimming pool.

Out of their brood of 22, 19 of the kids still live at home with their parents.

Chris, Sophie, and Millie have moved out, but they still pop over for local visits, which is shown in their Channel 5 series, 22 Kids and Counting.

In addition to their home, Noel and Sue have a £30,000 Range Rover car, a £80,000 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Quarzite and a campervan which retails for £40,000.

Sue and Noel make their money through various ventures, including their bakery shop and their TV show.

The couple also make a huge amount of cash through social media, including YouTube where they can command up to £10K per sponsored post.

How long have they lived there?

The Radfords have lived in their home since 2004.

Although it is now dubbed the "millionaire mansion", due to all of the expensive renovations to the home, Sue and Noel only paid £240K for the property when they originally bought it.

Despite this, in 2022 the family started looking for somewhere else to live, and told fans they were searching for a plot of land to build their dream family home.

Answering questions in a YouTube video about their housing situation at the time, Noel said: “We are trying our best to find a plot so we can build our own house.

“We have found four so far, three of them have sold and the other one we will find out on Monday if that one sold, so fingers crossed.”

He continued: “We’re only ever going to build this one house so it’s got to be right, we want somewhere that’s got enough land for us.

“We want about an acre so we can build a big-ish house for us all but we also want there to be plenty of space so that the kids can get out and play.”

Sue added: “It’s so hard to find land that’s available and in the right location of where you want it.

“We want the kids to have their own space, it needs to be bigger basically, we’ve grown out of this house.”

But in June 2023, the family announced that they had found their dream home and put an offer in.

Noel explained: "We've had an offer accepted on a house. We just absolutely love it, it's just so perfect for us.

"It's the house we've been dreaming of for years and years. It's got a nice big garden all around it and there's plenty of land for what we want. It's a house where we can put our stamp on it."

Although the family are yet to relocate this home, Sue revealed in an episode of 22 Kids and Counting in January 2024 how the big move is going.

She revealed that as neither house is big enough for them, they will split the household into two - with the older kids staying at the original house.

Sue said this would give her eldest children "more independence".
