Hail on the way for Hong Kong in the ‘next couple of hours’, forecaster warns

The Hong Kong Observatory has warned that hail and thundery showers may affect the city in the next couple of hours.
The forecaster said on Wednesday evening that an area of intense thundery showers to the west of the Pearl River Delta was gradually moving eastward.
“It is expected to affect Hong Kong in the next couple of hours. Members of the public should be on the alert,” the Observatory said.
“Hail may affect Hong Kong in the next couple of hours.”
