One woman may have found the answer.
Trinh Georg shared her simple anti-ageing hack via a video posted to her TikTok account, where she is known as @trinhgeorg.
The 40-year-old often uses the account to share videos on her natural wrinkle busting methods.
Trinh's videos are extremely popular with TikTok users and she has amassed over 270,000 followers on the video sharing platform.
The caption to Trinh's video reads: "Engaging in regular forehead muscle exercises and massages can contribute to reducing wrinkles.

"These activities promote blood circulation, tone the muscles, and enhance skin elasticity, ultimately diminishing the appearance of fine lines."
Trinh's skin is flawless, without a wrinkle in sight, and she has shared the simple exercises she does every night before bed to achieve her perfect complexion.
She said: "If you have forehead lines and wrinkles, here is everything you need to know to reduce them."
Trinh's first tip is to control the movement of your forehead.
She said: "The main reason we have lines and wrinkles on our forehead is because the muscles get shortened.
"So always try to relax your forehead muscles."
Trinh said that using medical tape when you sleep is a good way of minimising the movement of your forehead whilst you sleep.
The beauty whizz explained that it is also important to strengthen your forehead muscles, and demonstrated a simple exercise to do so.
She rubbed her palms together and then placed one hand across her forehead, before raising her eyebrows without moving her forehead.
Trinh recommended repeating this 20 times.
She said that because we raise our eyebrows many times throughout the day, it is important to strengthen our eyebrow muscles, so we don't have to move our forehead as much when we raise them.
The skincare pro added that to reduce wrinkles, it is important to keep the forehead hydrated.
She recommended using a moisturiser or peptide to do so.
Trinh's final tip is to massage your forehead muscles to reduce tension.
She said: "When we have too much tension in the forehead area, the muscle also gets shortened."
To demonstrate massaging her forehead, Trinh made her hands into fists and pushed them from her eyebrows to her hairline.
She then placed her fists in the centre of her forehead and repeated the movement sideways.
Trinh also suggested using a face roller to do the massaging, if you have one.
She added that it is also important to massage your skull to prevent it from drooping.
Trinh's video has clearly left many impressed, as it has racked up almost 30,000 views.
TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on Trinh's facercise routine.
