My friend uninvited me from her wedding after my ‘embarrassing’ behaviour – I didn’t do anything, she was a bridezilla
And according to Amy, it's all because of an Instagram post...
A WOMAN has told how she was uninvited to her close friend's wedding after forking out £868 on the big day.
Amy Dickinson, from Australia, claims she spent a whopping £526 ($1000) on flights and hotel, as well as £342 ($650) on a designer dress to wear to her close pal's wedding.
However, she says her invite was retracted following a "fun" weekend that ended up turning into a "hen's party from hell."
But rather than any dramatic fight breaking out, the alleged fallout came all because the "bridezilla" was fuming after a photo was uploaded onto Instagram.
Yep, you heard right!

In a clip posted to TikTok (@amzdicko), Amy claims: “I would have been fine spending that amount of money if the weekend was fun.
"However, the weekend was just spent walking on eggshells."
Amy claims that things took a turn when the bride banned her hen guests from using their phones while they were eating out at a restaurant.
“At the dinner, another close friend of mine started taking photos of me and the bride," she claims.
"All of a sudden the bride loses her s***. She’s like, ‘Stop taking photos of me, they’re going to be gross’."
“The poor girl that was taking photos ran to the bathroom crying and I ran to the bathroom after her to comfort her.”
After returning back to the table, Amy claims "no one would talk to us."
She adds that the bride told her she was so "embarrassed" by what had taken place, she told everyone to "leave dinner immediately."
Amy goes on to say that two cabs were called and she and her upset friend hopped into one, and the others got into another.
She notes they agreed to meet at a place in town but says that when her cab eventually arrived, the other one was nowhere to be seen.
After trying to get through to the rest of the party but to no avail, Amy says they eventually found them at another restaurant - and, being the bigger person, she decided to apologise.
However, according to Amy, she then found out from the bride-to-be that there was a different reason she'd been upset.
She claims the "bridezilla" was actually fuming with Amy because she'd uploaded a photo of the hen's party to social media before she had.
Amy points out that the photo she took was nothing but a "beautiful scenic shot" rather than a snap of the bride-to-be, but regardless, claims she tried to apologise once again the following day.
“She took me out to the balcony where she starts screaming at me, saying ‘I shouldn’t have to say ‘do this, do that’, you should already know that uploading a photo before me is not okay’,” she claims.
“I was shocked and appalled by her behaviour. Never in my life has somebody spoken to me like that.”
A little while after the hen party had ended and everyone was back at home, Amy says the bride called her.
“I’m thinking, either she’s going to apologise or she’s uninviting me to the wedding,” she explains.
“Keep in mind, this girl knew that I had booked my flights. Not only that, I booked my first ever business class flight and I paid for my accommodation and bought a dress for £342.
“Despite that...I pick up the call, she goes ‘Hey Amy, I’ve been thinking about what happened over the weekend and I just don’t feel comfortable having you at the wedding.’
“My response was, ‘Thank god. Being stranded on yet another island with you is my idea of hell. Of course I’m not going to your wedding, I couldn’t think of anything worse’.”
