DIVING duo Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen were left in tears as they secured Team GB's first medal of Paris 2024 after finishing third in the women's synchronised 3m springboard.
The Brits won bronze following an error from Australia's Anabelle Smith.
During the last round - and with Australia in line to win a medal - Smith slipped off the side of the board before launching into a dive.
While she completed the dive, the 31-year-old and her partner missed out on some crucial points due to a lack of synchronicity and scored 48.60.
They subsequently finished fifth, leaving the door open for Team GB to get bronze.
The BBC Sport commentator was left utterly stunned and said: "I'm about to pin the silver on the Australians and Anabelle lands with one foot on the side of the diving board.
"She just about managed to complete the dive. I have no idea where that's going to go with the judges. Oh my word, it's incredible that she even managed to complete the dive.
"She is distraught and understandably so."
