According to eagle-eyed Home Bargains, the mage retailer is now selling a huge Kinder Surprise Egg stuffed with some of the nation's favourite Kinder treats.

The giant egg, which comes in a plastic container, contains three packs of Kinder Bueno, three packs of Kinder Bueno White Chocolate - and more.

Those who snap up the egg - that will set you back £12.99 - can also expect a box of Kinder Happy Hippo, Kinder Surprise, two Kinder Easter Bunnies, as well as two smaller packs of Kinder Mini Eggs - perfect for Easter egg hunt this April.

Sharing the epic find with fellow parents on Facebook, one mum, Sharon Tudball, posted a snap of the mega egg online.

''Home bargain £12.99, ideal for Easter if your kids love kinder chocolate,'' she wrote in the post.

With the holiday right around the corner, the news has already taken the internet by storm, as Sharon's post has racked up more than 900 likes in just four hours.

Close to a whopping 1.5k members of the popular
Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group to thank her for sharing the offer - and to tag their pals.

Raving about the incredible deal - which many reckoned worked out cheaper than buying the chocolate treats separately - one said: ''That's well cheap to buy the egg on its own with out anything in it, is about £10.''

Another agreed, writing: ''The empty eggs themselves are £12 on tiktok.''

A Facebook member said: ''egg would be great to reuse every Easter as well!''

How to save money on chocolate

We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.

Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs...

Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars.

Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere.

Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal.

Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced.

They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.

Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.

So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

We've broken down exactly how you can do this to save you some crucial cash this Easter.

First things first, you'll need to sign up to Lindt's free MyLindt Rewards club.

You can do this by visiting Lindt's website or downloading the MyLindt Rewards app.

It's completely free to do, and there's no catch.

When you sign up, you'll get access to a £5 discount on the Lindt egg, bringing your price down to £15.

Then, you need to go to Quidco.com, which is a free online money-saving website.

Quidco is offering first time members a free £15 when they sign up using our special link (below) and spend £5.

All you need to do to sign up is provide your email address and a password, giving you access to thousands of online stores.

Once you've made a purchase of at least £5 using Quidco, you will recieve £15 cashback which you can withdraw to your bank.

If for some reason you don't receive your £15, you can get in contact using the contact details on the website.

The free cash can be used when buying your Lindt egg -- bringing the overall price down to nothing.
