LOVE Island All Stars fans aren't happy that Kaz Kamwi and Casey O'Gorman are paired together after his bizarre flirty chat with her tonight.
The new couple were getting to know each other better in the villa garden when the conversation took an odd turn.
Sharing a strange fear he has, Casey explained he worried about sitting on the loo in case a snake emerged and bit his manhood.
He followed it by asking if the snake was venomous and he required Kaz to suck out the venom to save his life, would she do it there and then.
The X-rated scenario didn't sit well with viewers, who warned Kaz to run.
