Secret hack to bag loads of free baby wipes, nappies and skincare, it’s perfect for parents-to-be
A MONEY-SMART mum has revealed how fellow parents can get their hands on all the baby essentials, including nappies, for free.
Over the last few years, the prices of baby products have skyrocketed, leaving many cash-strapped parents increasingly worried and frustrated.
According to research, parents are now paying a whopping 38 per cent more for baby items compared to 2022, the Mirror reported.
The biggest rise has been nappy cream, up by 37.9% year on year, while baby bottles cost 17.2% more and baby lotion by 14.1%.
Other items that have seen an increase in price included nappies that went up by 8.9%, dummies at 8.4% and infant formula at 8.1%.
Meanwhile, baby food has seen a smaller rise at 1.5%.

Luckily, one mum, only known as @mamaandbean, has shared how you can snap up all the must-haves, such as wipes and breast pads, without spending a single penny.
Emma's Diary packages
According to her, there are several ways you can get ''free gifts when you're pregnant in the UK'', one of them being a number of goodie packs by Emma's Diary.
The freebies come with Emma's Diary Mum-to-be package, New Family package, as well as Bump to Baby package.
To collect these, simply head to the website, register either on the site or via the app and collect the vouchers after signing up - these will be available on your personalised homepage and will need to be printed.
If you don't have access to a printer, use the app instead.
Take your gift pack vouchers to your nearest Argos or Boots store, to collect your free Gift Packs.

The cash-savvy mum was also raving about Boots Parenting Club, which is exclusive to Boots Advantage Card holders - so if you don't have one, you can sign up here.
The membership runs from the second you find out you're expecting until the day your tot turns five.
Not only can parents get their hands on a number of freebies, such as the MAM bottle, breast pads and Aveeno Baby skincare, you can also earn eight points per £1 on baby products, the website stated.
The Boots app will also notify shoppers about all the latest deals to hit the store - however, it's also worth adding that ''it's all subject to availability'', the mum noted.
Pampers nappies
According to the cash-savvy social media user, you can also get your hands on free Pampers nappies by heading to their website and requesting a special nappy coupon.
The mum explained that the coupon will then be sent to your address and you can then go to the nearest store to collect the free nappies.
One fellow parent recently listed all the stores that have teamed up with the brand:

- Asda
- Tesco
- Sainsbury's
- Boots.
Aldi freebies
In her video, the woman also revealed that Aldi, too, have come to rescue to help parents across the nation.
''If you go on the website, submit your home address and they'll send you a coupon for Aldi branded free nappies.''
Amazon Baby Wish List
The money-smart parent, who's won over 17k followers on the platform, also advised to create a Baby Wish List if you have an account on Amazon.
The rest, she demonstrated, is relatively easy and straightforward - add at least £20 worth of qualifying items (baby products dispatched from and sold by Amazon) from your Baby Wish List to your shopping basket.
Once done, add the welcome gift to your basket, choosing it among the ones listed in the section ''Welcome gifts''.
Proceed to checkout and enter promotional code GIFT21.
On the "Review your order" page under "Order Summary" you will see the promotion has been applied automatically to your total.
