LOVE Island star Toby Aromolaran is officially a homeowner.
2021 finalist Toby, 24, has splashed out on his first-ever property, a stunning four-bedroom house worth £700,000 - and it’s packed with incredible features.
Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news, the reality star gave fans a sneak peek inside his Essex pad, which boasts a sleek modern design, spacious rooms, and even a dedicated games room.
Resting his foot on a bottle of Moet, the semi-pro footballer couldn’t contain his excitement as he beamed outside his new home while throwing his keys in the air.
He wrote in his caption: "YO GANG! Still kind of rattled but I’ve just got my first home!!!
"Thank you GUYS for rocking with me, my family & GOD! Couldn’t of done any of this without you. Blow up bed & vibes."

Hannah Elizabeth said: "Smashed it T," as Liberty Poole gushed: "Congrats !!!"
Faye Winter said: "Love this for you! So proud of you and everything you achieve. Can’t wait to decorate."
Mitchel Taylor chimed in with, "Congratulations brooooo," and Kaz Kamwi concluded: "Yuhhhh !!!"
Inside, the house boasts a spacious living room with elegant cream decor, offering ample space for entertaining.
The sleek, modern kitchen features pristine white units and a warm wooden floor, with views overlooking the stunning garden - complete with stylish outdoor furniture and a summer house with a bar and pool table.
One of the standout features of Toby’s new home is the cinema room, decked out with plush blue walls and a matching sofa, creating the perfect setting for a cosy movie night.
The property also offers four generously sized bedrooms, ensuring plenty of space for friends and family to stay over in comfort.
In the master bedroom sits an upholstered bed and wall-mounted TV.
Its neutral colour palette throughout gives the home a sleek and stylish finish, while the walk-in wardrobe provides plenty of space for Toby's designer clobber.
Toby has come a long way since his days in the Love Island villa, where he won over fans with his cheeky personality and on-off romance with Chloe Burrows.
Since leaving the show, he’s built a successful career, securing brand deals, TV appearances, and a loyal social media following - all of which have helped him land his dream home.
And his Love Island journey might not be over just yet.
The Sun exclusively revealed last month that Toby has been in talks with producers about returning as an All Stars bombshell.
He told us: "It’s one of those ones where everyone spoke to [the producers] at least once, or even had a phone call.
"I’ve spoken to them, had a chat with them. I always speak to them anyway because I’ve been there twice, three times if you count the games.
"I chat to the producers, they chat with me. That’s life. Going back in, that’s another thing. I think I might be too immature!"
He added: "I don’t know if people can handle me being immature again, the self reflection I’ve had, especially this season where everyone is so grown up and stuff.
"Maybe someone like me is not meant to be in this line-up. I am still looking for love!"
However, there was one strict condition for him returning, and that was if another former Islander returned with him.
"There’s only one person who could make me go into the villa, who would make me excited. One girl anyway," Toby told us.
"But I’m not telling you (who)! I'm not outing her like that."
Meanwhile, The Sun was first to reveal that Toby was in talks to enter the villa for a third shot at love.
A source told us: “Love Island bosses have approached Toby about coming back for another round in the villa.
“He created a lot of drama last time around with his turbulent romance with Georgia Steel, and obviously he was a fan favourite with his romance with Chloe Burrows during his original stint.
“Toby is weighing up the offer and he’s definitely tempted. The discussions are ongoing, and have been for a while, so don’t be surprised to see him returning as a bombshell any day now.”
The footy star would not be the only star to return so many times – this series has already seen Casey O’Gorman hoping to be third time lucky.
Toby ended up in fourth place during the last series of All Stars with Georgia Steel but the pair split shortly after leaving.
The former couple faced intense scrutiny from fans and the cast of All Stars when they entered the villa
Just five months prior, they had filmed another Love Island spin-off, The Games, in Fiji.
People questioned their romance in the All Stars villa and whether they were faking it to win.
They initially had a spark on Love Island Games, but it fizzled out.

Georgia and Toby then signed up to All Stars and their history rippled through the villa.
They ended up leaving together but split not long afterwards.
